3. Workshop Registrations

When you register for a workshop (virtual or in-person), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Show up on time (or fashionably late — we get it)
  • Follow any safety guidelines provided

4. Intellectual Property

Everything we create — designs, templates, class materials, videos, brand elements, and digital downloads — belongs to Craft & Gather.

You may:

  • Use materials for personal projects
  • Share your creations proudly
  • Tag us on Instagram (optional but adorable)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or claim our materials as your own work

Unless you ask nicely first.

5. User Content

If you post, upload, or share content with Craft & Gather (reviews, photos, artwork, etc.), you give us permission to share it on our website or social media unless you specifically tell us not to.

We will never use photos of your children without explicit, written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide creative tools, guidance, and inspiration — not medical, legal, or emergency advice.

We are not responsible for:

  • Accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of materials
  • Damaged devices or spilled glitter in keyboards
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Acts of the universe

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service.
